How Bronsik Protects Your Conversations and Personal Data

Security as a Foundation

When you share personal thoughts, emotions, and experiences with Bronsik, you are trusting us with some of the most sensitive parts of your life. We take that trust seriously.

Security and privacy are not afterthoughts at Bronsik — they are core design principles built into every layer of the system.

Encryption in Transit and at Rest

All data transmitted between your device and Bronsik servers is encrypted using TLS 1.3. This means your conversations cannot be intercepted during transmission.

Data stored on our servers — including your conversation history and memory profile — is encrypted at rest using AES-256, the same standard used by financial institutions and government agencies.

Authentication and Access Control

Your account is protected by Supabase authentication with JWT tokens. Each request to the backend is verified against your token before any data is accessed or returned.

We use Row Level Security (RLS) in our database, which means database-level access controls ensure users can only ever access their own data — not other users' data.

No Data Sharing with Third Parties

Your conversations and personal data are never sold, shared, or licensed to third parties. They are never used to train AI models without explicit consent.

The AI models we use process your input to generate responses and nothing more.

Responsible Disclosure

If you discover a security vulnerability in Bronsik, please contact us at security@bronsik.com. We take all reports seriously and respond within 48 hours.
